Hi, I am looking to fill one room in my 3 bed/3 bath townhouse! This room will be available February 23 . The room is $900 a month (which includes utilities). I am pretty flexible on the length of the lease. Starting with 3 month, 6 month etc. ! The bathrooms are connected to the rooms. Dog friendly if our dogs get along,  We are close to both 36 and I70, so It’s a great location if you often find yourself commuting to Denver and Boulder. Fits a King, Queen or full bed with room for a desk or dresser

Private bathroom for your exclusive use

No central air, but a wall unit is available for cooling

Pets:

Dogs OK on a case-by-case basis (we have friendly dogs, so must be pet-compatible!)
